All-rounder cricketer Mohammad Hafeez said that ‘I do not belong to any political party, my tweet was misinterpreted.

According to details, the statement issued on Twitter by All-Rounder Mohammad Hafeez  after former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was allowed to go abroad for treatment.

Mohammad Hafeez welcomed the judicial decision on Twitter as well as expressed concerns over the poor health treatment conditions in the country.

He took to twitter and wrote “Great news Ex PM Nawaz sharif sb can travel to abroad for medical treatment,Highest medical panel decided that he needs to go to abroad so did our Judiciary admitted lack of medical assistance in Pakistan It means we 200 Million Pakistani r not safe here ??? Just asking”

However, when people associated him with political party and criticized him, Mohammad Hafeez gave explanation by saying that my tweet was considered out of context and its meaning was misunderstood. I do not belong to any political party.

He added that my tweet had no political purpose. People who didn’t understand my tweet, read it again.

He also urged the authorities to work for upgrade Medical facilities in Pakistan.

Mohammad Hafeez further said “I pray for the immediate recovery of Nawaz Sharif and also I pray that Nawaz Sharif will come back to Pakistan soon after recovery.”
