Prime Minister Imran Khan said Pakistan Super League PSL 5 restored cricket in Pakistan and portrayed positive image of country at the international level

Prime Minister Met Peshawar Zalmi’s players Hashim Amla and Darren Sammy, who called on him in Islamabad. Imran Khan said PSL 5 restored cricket in Pakistan and portrayed positive image of country.

The meeting discussed PSL and matters related to restoration of cricket in the country.

Terming the PSL-5, a successful tournament, the premier said the Pakistan Super League rapidly changed and the response in Pakistan is awesome as compared to Dubai.

PM Imran Khan said his government will try to organize such events in coming future too, so masses could provided with entertainment.

Imran Khan also congratulated Darren Sammy for getting Pakistani Citizenship.

Imran Khan said to Sammy; “You are our citizen. Your services for revival of International cricket in Pakistan will be remembered”

Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium will brighten today as Lahore Qalandars will play against Islamabad United tonight in the 17th March of Pakistan Super League 2020.

The exciting match will be held at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore tonight at 7 pm.

Lahore Qalandars won hearts yesterday by winning the first match of the tournament after they lost three matches before.

Lahore Qalandars defeated Quetta Gladiators by 37 runs.

Quetta Gladiators had won the toss and had decided to field first.
