La Liga Clubs have announced to expand training sessions to up to 10 players ahead of proposed June restart.

La Liga Clubs have told to increase training to involve groups of up to 10 players in order to take steps forward to planned resumption of the season next month.

The government of Spain announces protocol that will allow training sessions to be expanded by all clubs. It means teams like Real Madrid, Barcelona and Aletico Madrid will be able to train in groups of 10, according to a source.

With dangerous Coronavirus affects, both Madrid and Catalonia stand among Spain’s worst-hit regions by the virus.

Espanyol, Leganes, Getafe and Real Valladolid will specially be permitted to do training in larger groups.

The move comes as a result after Germany kicked off Bundesliga games on Saturday with no spectators and with just players’ shouts.

Teams in the top two divisions in Spain have already returned to their training grounds this month which includes regular testing and strict medical protocol.

The Bundesliga returned with six matches and became the first major European league to continue the game following the COVID-19 suspension.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel was convinced by the German Football League (DFL) to allow football to resume by agreeing to submit to an extraordinary set of guidelines to prevent the deadly virus.

The stadiums had no spectators except for players’ shouts and referees’ whistles.

Whilst the continued virus infection, Germany had suffered far fewer deaths from coronavirus than other large European countries, but it is still too dangerous for crowds to return.
