Ali terms Shah and Afridi’s presence in team as ‘Fortunate’

Pakistan Test Captain Azhar Ali has termed the presence of Naseem Shah and Shaheen Afridi in the squad as fortunate.

According to the details, Azhar Ali said that young bowlers are benefitting from the skills and expertise of seniors.

“Young bowlers are benefiting from seniors like Mohammad Abbas and Sohail Khan. We are fortunate to have Naseem Shah and Shaheen Afridi on team. I feel that Yasir Shah’s experience in Test cricket will be quite helpful in series against England,” he said.

The test captain further added that returning to the ground after coronavirus is a challenge.
