Cengiz Coşkun aka Turgut Alp wishes to learn cricket from Boom Boom Afridi

Well-known Turkish actor Cengiz Coşkun, popular for his role ‘Turgut Alp’ in the famous drama serial Dirilis: Ertugrul, wished to learn cricket from the former all-rounder Shahid Afridi.

Speaking to a special Eid show with Afridi, Cengiz Coşkun said he will be touring Pakistan very soon once the current COVID-19 pandemic dies down.

“Whenever I come to Pakistan, I want you to teach me cricket,” Turgut ALP told Afridi. In reply, Afridi expressed his enthusiasm to learn Axe-wielding skills from the Turkish actor.

Moreover, Dirilis: Ertugrul gained massive popularity in Pakistan after it was being aired, dubbed in Urdu at Pakistan Television (PTV)’s YouTube channel, on special directives from Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Earlier, Pakistan Television (PTV) broadcasted an exclusive interview with popular Turkish actor Engin Altan Duzyatan on the first day of Eid-Al-Adha.

The national television had aired the interview Engin Altan aka Ertugrul on Saturday at 7:30 pm.

In the interview, Ertugrul opened up about his six-year-long journey of playing a powerful character of a Seljuk and Anatolian warrior- Ertugrul Gazi. He also shared personal life details in the interview for his Pakistani fans who waited eagerly to hear more about the his life.

Engin Altan recounted interesting behind-the-scene incidents from the shooting of Dirilis: Ertugrul in his interview. His interview was aired broadcasted with Urdu dubbing for the ease of Pakistani citizens.
