EngVsPak: Rain interrupts the second innings of the third Test

On Monday, the rain has once again interrupted the Test series played in Southampton.

According to details, the Pakistani team is 41/0 in their second inning, trailing by 269 runs.

The Test had been called off for early lunch as 12:30om local time after dark clouds started to linger above the grounds and gradually started to rain heavily.

Due to heavy rain and bad light had called for an early lunch and interrupted the second innings. Cricketers Abid Ali and Shan Masood have become Pakistan’s highest opening partnership of the series.

It is pertinent to mention here that England captain Joe Root has won the toss and opted to bat against Pakistan in Southampton. Jofra Archer replaces Sam Curran for England.

On the other hand, during the third and the last Test series against England, Pakistan Cricket Team captain Azhar Ali has scored his first century of the series in Southampton.
