The International Cricket Council (ICC) has shared pictures of beautiful Gwadar cricket ground in Balochistan, describing it as an iconic sports venue.

The beautiful scenic background and lush green outfield left ICC in awe of the stadium. The ICC in its Tweet said:

Show us a more picturesque sports venue than the Gwadar cricket stadium in Balochistan, Pakistan.

We’ll wait…

The stadium is built between a long road and jagged edges of the mountains.

Moreover engaging online, various fans shared beautiful images of the numerous stadiums that they felt shared similar beauty as the Gwadar stadium.

Pakistani TV personality Fakhr-e-Alam had also uploaded a video of the Gwadar cricket ground describing it as the “most beautiful cricket ground” he had ever seen.

In a short video clip that he uploaded on Twitter, Alam urged people to come out and play cricket in the Gwadar cricket ground.

“To all #cricket playing friends everywhere in the world….come visit us…come play cricket with us here in Gawadar cricket ground….it’s the most beautiful cricket ground Inhave ever seen……,” he tweeted.

He later tweeted that,  “Thank you @ICC for sharing my photos of Gawadar cricket stadium….and please come visit us soon and play cricket with us here…..”

The Chief Minister of Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan earlier tweeted the amazing picture of the Gwadar cricket Stadium and wrote that he will try his best to bring International cricket to this stadium.
