Afghan Cricketer Rashid Khan has earned a striking victory as he bowled several overs in a Test match in the 21st century.

Rashid Khan bagged 99.2 overs in the continuing Test match between Afghanistan and Zimbabwe.

Previously, Shane Warne, the Australian legend, held this record for 19 years by bowling 98 overs in 2002.

The entire fan club of the cricketer is lauding the leg-spinner for his record-breaking achievement.

On the other hand, the legendary cricketer Rashid Khan helped Afghanistan defeat Zimbabwe by six wickets in the second Test in Abu Dhabi here on Sunday.

Earlier, Rashid had said that he was very ‘pleased’ to meet Prime Minister Imran Khan during his maiden visit to Kabul.

Imran Khan, along with President Ashraf Ghani held a meeting with the Afghan cricket team.

The T20I Cricketer Of The Decade took to Twitter to express his feelings.

He wrote, “Pleased to see respected PM Imran Khan together with my President Ashraf Ghani and meeting my team.”

The player  wrote that he strongly believes in the power of sport to inspire and unite people, adding that sports “creates hope, unity, love and peace.”

“Wish one day our national teams can host each other at home and play cricket,” he had tweeted.
