Shadab Khan calls Sharjeel Khan ‘match-winner’ ahead of South Africa series

Cricketer Shadab Khan on Sunday has appreciated batsman Sharjeel Khan, calling him the match-winner.

As per the details, he was attending an interview in a virtual presser. He was asked about the fitness of Sharjeel Khan.

He replied, “He is working hard, he is improving his fitness,” “Sharjeel has served his punishment. He returned from a process; played domestic cricket and performed in PSL [Pakistan Super League]. He is a match-winner and the Pakistan team needs players like him.”

Moreover, the vice-captain also talked about his performance. “I hope that shortly my performance will be consistent,” he said. “I am fully fit and I will look like a bowling all-rounder. While batting is my plus point, I will try to focus more on bowling. Champions Trophy is the highlight of my career so I would like to bowl in the same way.”

Apart from that, Shadab was also talked about Pakistan’s series with South Africa. “This series is very important because it is part of the World Cup qualifiers. Therefore, we will try our best to win it.”
