Passionate, ambitious cricketers made lots of memories as they held the shiny World Cup trophy in their hands. The team led by none other than skipper Imran Khan made the whole country proud in 1992.

Pakistan became world champions for the first time as they beat England in the final on March 25, 1992, in Melbourne.

Pakistan got one win from five games against Zimbabwe and they gained momentum through a washout against England after they had bowled out for 74.
