New Zealand Cricket will send a team of security experts to Pakistan to analyze the security situation before Kiwi’s tour later this year.

According to sources, ahead of T20I and ODI series, New Zealand cricket will be sending a team of experts to Pakistan to assess the country’s situation in terms of security.

Reg Dickinson, the Australian security consultant, will be visiting the country next month to evaluate the necessary measures to be taken prior to the matches in Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi.

He has assessed the security measured before also.

New Zealand cricket will confirm their visit after the reports from the experts.

The Black Caps will face the Green Shits for three T20Is and ODIs in September and October.

Meanwhile, PCB has urged to place two additional T20I matches ahead of ICC T20 World Cup, which is scheduled for October.

New Zealand last toured Pakistan back in 2003.
