Pakistan wicketkeeper-batsman Muhammad Rizwan celebrated in style after becoming the first batsman in history to score the most T20I runs in a year.

Rizwan’s achievement was met with festivities from his teammates, including a cake to commemorate the achievement and congratulations notes from his peers.

He was praised by his teammate as Shaheen Shah Afridi called him superman.

Fast bowler Hassan Ali said, “Whatever role is given to Mohammad Rizwan, he plays it well from the day he came to the open and scored a lot of runs.”

Azhar Ali too complimented him saying, “Rizwan is a brave player. Earlier he was not considered in T20. He did not get a chance in PSL. However, he did not give up and proved that he can play a great game in every format.”
