LAHORE: As Australia’s players visited Lahore Gymkhana golf club today, Pat Cummins said he and his teammates were treated quite well.

“We’re up here at Lahore Gymkhana golf club today, got up early,” said Pat Cummins in a video released by Cricket Australia. “So yeah it’s been awesome, we’ve been really well looked after. I thank everyone here, met a few members going around.

“Everyone is really friendly. It is a beautiful golf course, it is our first time getting out of the hotel other than heading to the ground. Lucky to see a bit more of Pakistan.

“Really thankful, we have been in the hotel for the last couple of weeks, all the guys that haved played here loved it. Really appreciate all the work and efforts that have gone into it.”

Both the Australian and Pakistani teams are presently in Lahore, where the third Test will begin on March 21. The series is now tied at 0-0 after the first two Tests at Rawalpindi and Karachi.

“The mood is great, disappointed not to get a win. The position we’re in heading for the third Test is great. I think we have played some really great cricket that’s put us in a good stead in the sub-continent and very excited for this week.”
