Former cricketer Waqar Younis was next to perform Umrah with his family after all-rounder Shadab Khan performed earlier this month.

Waqar and his family also visited Masjid-e-Nabvi (PBUH) during Umrah.

The former cricketer took to Twitter to inform his fans about his blessed opportunity during the month of Ramadan.

He shared pictures of himself with his family.

He also thanked Allah for giving him and his family the opportunity to come to His house for Umrah.

Many Muslims travel to Makkah and Madinah from around the world to perform Umrah in the holy month.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak in the last two years, traveling to Saudi Arabia was restricted to control the spread of the virus. Now the situation has calmed and the Kingdom has allowed foreigners to travel to the country.
