Babar Azam of Pakistan put another feather to his crown by being the fastest captain to score 1,000 runs in the 50-over format, beating Virat Kohli of India.

It took only 13 innings for the world’s number one ODI batsman to achieve the milestone.

Babar is also the only batsman in ODI history to score three hundred in a row twice.
