FIFA sells 1.8 million tickets for Qatar’s World Cup

FIFA hopes to offer a sum of 3 million match tickets during the 28-day competition, which starts off Nov. 21, a representative said.

Beside Qatar, the top nations where fans purchased tickets are Canada, England, France, Germany, India, Saudi Arabia, Spain, the United Arab Emirates and the United States, FIFA said in an official statement.

Capabilities for the World Cup have now closed and every one of the 32 accessible openings for the competition have been gotten.

“With 1.8 million tournament tickets already sold – and less than five months until the big kick-off – fans looking for an unforgettable trip of a lifetime to Qatar are being urged to act quickly before the coveted seats are snapped up.”
