Despite of Pakistan and Sri Lanka’s low-scoring match in front of the Asia Cup last, show followed in the sixteenth over of the second innings as the island nation were headed to triumph.

The umpire not sure himself had signaled for a DRS appeal in spite of Pakistan captain Babar Azam not requesting it.

Wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan made strong appeal for a for caught-behind on Hasan Ali’s first ball of the sixteenth over. The umpire, however, didn’t give out and stood firm on his decision.

At this, Babar started walking towards the pitch to confirm whether there was an edge or not.

In any case, in spite of Babar not signaling for the DRS, the umpire asked it.
