Azam tweeted a greeting to his Karachi followers.

“It’s been a wonderful journey with Karachi Kings. Thank you, KK [Karachi Kings] management and players. I am grateful for all the love, support, and lessons and wish you the very best,” Azam tweeted on Saturday.

Babar Azam will also play for Zalmi next season.

The right-hander has 2413 runs in 68 PSL games. Last season, Kings, led by Azam, lost nine PSL matches. The draught for PSL 2023 is expected in November 2022.
