This year, J.J. Watt has a lot to be grateful for. The 33-year-old defensive end for the Arizona Cardinals, who recently welcomed their first kid together with professional soccer star Kealia Watt as his wife, posted a heartfelt Thanksgiving greeting on Instagram.

“More to be thankful for than ever,” J.J. wrote in the caption. “Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours!”

He shared a picture of himself holding Kealia, 30, close as they looked lovingly down at their young son Koa James in J.J.’s arms.

The couple wrote on Instagram last month to share the news of their son’s birth: “We have never even imagined the heights to which love and happiness have ascended. James Watt, Koa 10.23.22”

Since then, they have shared several adorable photos of their son on social media, including one taken on his “first game day” while watching a Sunday night football game between the Arizona Cardinals and the Minnesota Vikings.

As they supported him from home, J.J. shared a picture of Baby Koa in his mother’s arms wearing a red Arizona Cardinals onesie with his name and jersey number on it on his Instagram Story.

The expectant parents made their first child’s impending arrival public in June by releasing pictures of Kealia flaunting her baby bulge in a brown bodycon dress on Instagram.

Watt captioned the images, “Could not be more excited.”
