After four years of “learning and success,” the former all-rounder for Pakistan Mohammad Hafeez has said goodbye to Lahore Qalandars, a PSL team.

Hafeez played for various teams in T20 franchise tournaments all over the world until retiring from international cricket after the T20 World Cup in 2021.

Hafeez confirmed the end of his career with the PSL 2022 champions on Twitter, writing: “My journey comes to an end with @lahoreqalandars here. Thanks for the amazing last four years of learning and success.”

The seasoned cricketer expressed his gratitude for the “wonderful” experiences he had while working with the team and wished it luck in its future endeavors.

The cricketer, who goes by the nickname “the Professor,” has a reputation for being particularly skilled with both the bat and the ball. With Lahore Qalandars, he has a remarkable and illustrious career in league cricket. This PSL season, he achieved 200 wickets in the T20 format.
