The next round of the ongoing FIFA World Cup in Qatar will feature about 37% of the participants from the Spanish La Liga who began the competition. Starting on Friday, La Liga will be represented in every game of the championship event’s final eight.

The stars of La Liga shone in front of a worldwide audience during football’s biggest event of the year, despite the league being on a midseason break in preparation for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. La Liga will begin on December 29 following the World Cup and go through the last matchday on June 4, 2023.
