The diamond category for the PSL 8 Draft includes 69 exceptional foreign players, including a handful of notable individuals who have played or are currently representing their respective countries on the international stage.

The much-anticipated player draught for the upcoming season of the Pakistan Super League will be conducted in Karachi on December 15.

On Monday, a list of local players in the gold division was also issued.

The Pakistan Cricket Board has already announced the draught pick order, with the reigning champion Lahore Qalandars selecting first, followed by the Quetta Gladiators and the 2021 champion Multan Sultans.

Karachi, Multan, Lahore, and Rawalpindi have been named as host cities for the eighth edition of the PSL, which is scheduled to take place from February 9 to March 19 of next year.

Karachi Kings, the victors of the 2020 season, will receive the fourth selection, while Islamabad United will have the fifth selection.

Peshawar Zalmi, the 2017 champions, will make the final selection in the draught.
