Rishabh Pant hospitalized after car accident
Rishabh Pant, Indian wicket keeper, was hospitalized after an automobile accident near Roorkee, Uttarakhand. His wounds’ full extent is unknown.
Dr. Sushil Nagar, who oversaw Pant’s emergency care, said the patient had a ligament tear in his knee, abrasions on his back, and two lacerations on his forehead, one directly above his left eye.
Initial X-rays reveal no signs of a fracture, and despite the fact that Pant’s automobile caught fire, he appears to have suffered no burns.
The extent of his injuries and next steps in treatment will be determined by more scans, including an MRI, which he will undergo at the Max Hospital in Dehradun. At 6 a.m., Pant checked into the hospital.
In the wee hours of Friday morning, as Pant was making his way back to New Delhi, he was involved in an accident. Later, he was sent to Dehradun* from a local hospital.
According to Director General of Uttarakhand Police Ashok Kumar, “Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant’s automobile met with an accident at around 5:30 am.” This information was relayed by media sources. “Mohammedpur Jat, which is close to Roorkee, was the site of the attack. Pant said he slept off behind the wheel, causing him to crash into a concrete barrier before the vehicle burst into flames. He was originally taken to a hospital in Dehradun, but has since been transferred to Roorkee.”
