Cristiano Ronaldo, a Portuguese football player, announced his passing of a physical with his new team Al-Nassr by posting a photo of himself.

After completing his medical exam, Ronaldo sent a photo to Instagram on Tuesday with both thumbs raised and the words, “Medical done.”

Prior to his formal introduction to the public at Mrsool Park stadium, Ronaldo received normal physical and medical examinations.

A rousing welcome was given to the five-time Ballon d’Or winner at his new club in Saudi Arabia. Ronaldo entered the field wearing the yellow and blue uniform of Al Nassr and saluted the audience as fireworks and floodlights blazed all around him. The 25,000-seat stadium exploded in applause.

The club’s Thursday match against Al-Ta’ee is where Ronaldo is expected to make his Al Nassr debut after passing a routine medical exam.

The 37-year-old celebrity has signed a two and a half year contract with Al Nassr that is thought to be worth more than 200 million euros (USD 210.94 million).
