Cristiano Ronaldo, Sergio Ramos, and Luka Modric, three of the club’s all-time greats, have been linked to a move to the Saudi Arabian team Al-Nassr.

The Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr announced on Friday that Cristiano had joined with them for an undisclosed sum.

The 37-year-old signed a deal that will keep him under contract until June of 2025.

The former Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Juventus star added, “I can’t wait to experience a new football league in a different country.”

Marca reports that the Saudi Arabian club will keep trying to sign Sergio Ramos and Luka Modric.

The Saudi Arabian team reportedly has their eyes on Ramos.

Since PSG has not renewed the defender’s contract, which is set to expire in June 2023, he may soon begin exploring his options elsewhere.

The defender’s senior age makes it tough to continue relying on him, despite his ascension to regular status this season in Paris. He’ll be 37 years old in March.

The possibility of Ramos receiving a one-year contract extension from the French club would be a major roadblock in the way of the player’s much-anticipated return.

Luka Modric, likewise, has been linked to a move to the Saudi Arabian club. The captain of Croatia, though, is widely predicted to be offered a new deal by Real Madrid.

On the Al-Nassr Twitter account, Ronaldo was shown wearing a blue and yellow shirt with the number seven, his preferred number, printed on the back.

He went on to say, “The vision with which Al Nassr works is incredibly motivating, and I am thrilled to join my teammates so that together we can assist the team achieve greater success.”
