Erling Braut Haaland has a little more Premier League hat-trick than Cristianold Ronaldo. He and Mohamed Salah have the same digit. He is halfway to Sergio Aguero’s 12-goal record.

Haaland has been in the Premier League for half a season. That’s a total of 19 league games.

The Norwegian scored his fourth treble in Manchester City’s 3-0 win over Wolves on Sunday, completing it in just 12 minutes either side of halftime.

It brought his season total to 31 goals in all competitions, with 25 of them coming in the Premier League.

Some records have already been broken, while others await. In the aftermath of his most recent goal-scoring accomplishment, BBC Sport salutes Erling Braut Haaland.

Haaland has scored four hat-tricks in as few as 19 Premier League appearances, as was already mentioned.

Ruud van Nistelrooy, who scored his fourth goal in his 65th Manchester United league game, is the next guy to attain the same amount of Premier League trebles, demonstrating just how absurdly quick it is.

Here is how the City forward compares to the other three players that made the list of the four fastest players.

During his stay in England, Aguero, who replaced Haaland up front for City, notched 12 hat-tricks in the Premier League. Nobody has managed more plays. Harry Kane of Tottenham has the most active players in England right now, with eight.

The Argentine played 275 Premier League games for City, where he scored 184 goals throughout the course of his career.

With 260 Premier League goals, Alan Shearer leads all scorers with 11 trebles. He is the only guy to have scored five times as many goals as Haaland did in a single season, which was the 1995–96 campaign when he scored 31 goals.

He is currently ninth on City’s all-time list of hat-trick scorers across all competitions, which is currently lead by Aguero (16).
