Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman, President of Jamaat-e-Karachi Islami’s division, visited to Sarfaraz Ahmed’s residence on Friday to congratulate him on his outstanding performance against New Zealand in saving Pakistan’s second Test in Karachi.

Naeem, one of Karachi’s most renowned speakers, has frequently referred to himself as Sarfaraz’s fan.

Following Pakistan’s defeat in the ICC World Cup 2019, Naeem went to Sarfaraz’s house to express his gratitude.

Once again, the politician made the time to visit the former captain at his home.

The video of this rendezvous quickly went viral on social media, with people applauding the Karachi youngsters for their generosity.

Naeem remembered his earlier encounters with the cricketer and wished him well in the future.

Sarfaraz produced a match-saving century for Pakistan on the final day of the second Test against New Zealand, helping Pakistan draw the match. It was his first century in eight years and his fourth in Tests overall.
