While Ish Sodhi replaces Henry Shipley as the pacer for New Zealand, Pakistan remains unchanged.

In the three-match series, the home team is in the lead 1-0.

It should be noted that Pakistan defeated New Zealand in the first one-day international on Monday with a six-wicket victory thanks to fast bowler Naseem Shah’s five wicket haul in Karachi.

In just four ODI appearances, the 19-year-old picked up 5-57, his second five-wicket haul, as New Zealand, who were put in to bat, managed 255-9 in their 50 overs.

Fakhar Zaman (56), the captain Babar Azam (66), and Mohammad Rizwan (77 unbeaten) then assisted Pakistan in cruising to victory with 11 balls remaining.
