English cricketers Harry Brook and Adil Rashid will miss the eighth edition of the HBL Pakistan Super League due to commitments with the English team (PSL).

On January 25, their teams, the Lahore Qalandars and the Multan Sultans, will select their replacements in the Replacement Draft.

Tim David, Jason Roy, and Moeen Ali are all candidates for national team selection. Afghanistan all-rounder Rashid Khan may miss a few games, but Alex Hales and David Miller are both available in limited numbers.

Other teams will also make partial substitutions for players who are unavailable.

The PSL 8 will kick off on February 13 with a match between the defending champions Lahore Qalandars and the Multan Sultans, who won the league in 2021.
