The English batter starred for his team, scoring 92 runs off 50 balls while hitting seven boundaries and six maximums.

The two batters put on a massive 139-run stand for the third wicket.

The partnership was broken when Imran Tahir sent Babar back to the pavilion after he had scored 68 runs off 46 balls.

Following Babar’s dismissal, Sri Lankan batsman Bhanuka Rajapaksa took the crease but was dismissed after scoring six runs off six balls.

Following two boundaries in the first over by Mohammad Amir, Mohammad Haris welcomed Mir Hamza with a boundary, but the left-arm pacer trapped the young wicket-keeper batter for a lbw with an in-swinging yorker.
