Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Management Committee Chairman Najam Sethi on Wednesday approved Pakistan Women’s Cricket team’s skipper Bismah Maroof.

In a tweet, Najam Sethi stated that he had accepted Bismah’s resignation, citing her desire to make room for younger coworkers.

She will continue to be a regular player for Pakistan, according to Sethi, and “bring laurels for her country.”

She has amassed 3110 runs in 124 ODIs and 2658 runs in 132 T20Is during the course of her 17-year career.
