Pakistani cricketers Hammad Azam and Ehsan Adil, who reportedly moved to the United States to pursue their careers in the sport there, have been signed by Mumbai Indians’ New York for the upcoming Major Cricket League (MLC) inaugural season.

The successful IPL team announces their participation in the first-ever MLC, which will take place in the United States in July of this year, via social media.

The team announced its draft picks in another post, which included two Pakistani players.

From 2011 to 2015, Hammad represented Pakistan in 11 ODIs and 5 T20Is. In 2015, he played against Zimbabwe in an international match.

Ehsan, on the other hand, played for Pakistan in six One-Day Internationals and three Tests. He also represented Pakistan at the 2015 ICC World Cup.

Sami Aslam, a Pakistani cricketer who moved to the United States to pursue a career in the sport there, has been signed by the Texas team.

The MLC cricket tournament will be the first of its kind in America. This tournament will help shape cricket’s future in the United States, which has begun investing in the sport.
