PSL 2023: Today in PSL 2023 29th match between Islamabad United vs Peshawar Zalmi , united won the toss and elected to field first, while batting the Peshawar Zalmi put 179 run on score board which is an easy target on the Pindi picth.

Despite Mohammad Haris’ valiant 79-run knock at the top, Hasan Ali and Shadab Khan tore through Peshawar Zalmi’s batting order in the middle overs to limit them to 179/8 in the 20 overs.

 

In 25 balls, Bhanuka Rajapaksa scored 41 runs, including four fours and two sixes.

Haris and Rajapaksa added 115 runs in 58 balls for the second wicket, but after they left, the Zalmi innings sputtered due to the constant loss of wickets.

Hasan Ali, a pacer, took three wickets, while Shadab Khan, Islamabad’s captain, took two.

Tom Kohler-Cadmore is leading Peshawar Zalmi in today’s game because Babar Azam is ill.

Lahore Qalandars, Multan Sultans, United, and Zalmi have all already qualified for the playoffs; however, the knockout schedule will be determined following today’s games.

At the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, Qalandars and Karachi Kings will face off in the second game of the day.
