In the 23rd game of the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL), Peshawar Zalmi won the toss and chose to bat first against Lahore Qalandars at the Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi on Tuesday (today).

The PSL 8 playoffs have already been qualified for by Lahore Qalandars, who are currently leading the points standings. After seven games, the defending champions have 12 points.

Peshawar Zalmi, with six points after the same number of games, are currently in fourth place on the table. The team led by Babar Azam will have a much better chance of making the playoffs if they win today.
