In the replacement draft, Zimbabwean pacer Blessing Muzarabani signed with Karachi Kings as the ninth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL 9) is scheduled to start in Lahore on February 17.

Muzarabani, a former Multan Sultans player, took Jamie Overton’s spot due to his unavailability for the entire season.

Here are the selections made by the teams before to the start of the ninth league season, excluding Muzarabani.

Karachi Kings: Fawad Ali replaced Tim Seifert (Partial)

Lahore Qalandars: Lorcan Tucker and Salman Fayyaz replaced Dan Lawrence and Bhanuka Rajapaksa respectively (Partial)

Quetta Gladiators: Usman Tariq (Reserved), Umar Amin replaced Wanindu Hasaranga (Partial)

Multan Sultans: Olly Stone replaced Reece Topley (Partial)

Peshawar Zalmi: Paul Walter replaced Sufyan Muqeem (Full)

Lahore Qalandars and Islamabad United, both two times champions, will lock horn in the opening match of the season at the gaddafi Stadium, Lahore. The match is set to beging at 08:00 pm local time.
