LAHORE: Faham-ul-Haq, an Under-19 cricketer and the son of former Pakistan cricket captain Misbah-ul-Haq, has been included in the Emerging category for the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 10 Player Draft.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) unveiled its highly anticipated roster of emerging local players on Friday, featuring numerous promising talents. Notably, Hunain Shah and Ubaid Shah, younger brothers of fast-bowler Naseem Shah, have also made the list. Both played for champions Islamabad United last season alongside Naseem.

Another standout on the list is Shahzaib Khan, who turned heads during the ACC U19 Asia Cup 2024, finishing as the top run-scorer with 336 runs. His highlight performance was an incredible 159 runs in the opening match against India, helping Pakistan to a memorable victory and solidifying his potential for a bright future.

The PCB also announced a change in the schedule for the PSL 10 Player Draft, which will now be held on 13 January at Huzoori Bagh, Lahore Fort. Originally planned for Gwadar, the location was changed due to logistical challenges. The PSL 10 Trophy Tour, however, will now include Gwadar as one of its key destinations.

PSL 10 is set to take place from 8 April to 19 May, and the draft ceremony will bring together the six franchises to select their players at one of Lahore’s most iconic heritage sites.
