The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is slated to announce its budget for the fiscal year 2022-23 at the 69th Board of Governors (BoG) meeting on June 23.

PCB’s chairman Ramiz Raja, COO Salman Naseer, and CFO Javed Murtaza will submit the financial budget for 2022-23 during a high-profile meeting with BoG members.

In addition, BoG committee reports and updates, the demarcation of CCAs and approval of affiliation regulations, the approval of the age verification policy, and updates from all departments, including cricket and commercial, are also on the program.

The PCB chief will attend a press conference on Friday [24 June] to discuss the conclusions of the BoG meeting.

According to reports, central contracts for players will also be published this week after the annual budget is approved.

According to reports, the PCB will issue separate contracts for ODI and Test matches for the first time in history.

Those who routinely participate in all three versions of the game will receive two contracts, and the list includes Babar Azam, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Mohammad Rizwan, Imam-ul-Haq, and Hassan Ali.
