The timings for the ninth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches during Ramadan has been finalized.

As per the official social media accounts of PSL, the games from today onwards will commence at 9:00pm (PST), with the toss scheduled to occur 30 minutes prior to the start of the match.

Previously, the Pakistan Meteorological Department had forecasted that the Ramadan moon would appear at 2pm on March 10.

When the moon is observed the following day on March 11, it will be over 28 hours old, according to the Met Office.

The PMD further stated that the age of the moon enhances the likelihood of its visibility on Monday.

In other news, the Quetta Gladiators secured their spot in the PSL 9 playoffs after defeating the Lahore Qalandars by six wickets at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi on Sunday night.
