The US Golf Association announced on Monday that twelve golfers received exemptions into next week’s 122nd US Open based on world rankings and a European Tour qualifying series.

The additions brought the total number of fully exempt players to 91 for the third major event of the year, which will be played at The Country Club in Brookline, Massachusetts, from June 16-19.

Aaron Wise and Luke List qualified for the tournament by moving into the top 60 of the world rankings on Monday.

Wise, who was born in South Africa, finished second to Billy Horschel in last week’s US PGA Memorial tournament and climbed to 44th in the rankings to qualify for his fourth US Open, with a tie for 35th place in 2019.
