Are you tired of getting too many notifications? Google has presented a new tool called ‘focus mode’. Through this tool, you can close or block notifications either you receive on emails or Facebook while you are doing any work. You can block or close the notifications either for a definite or indefinite period.

It is a type of ‘do not disturb’ mode which can stop sounds, vibrations, and other visual signs. However, you can shut specific apps through focus mode. Apps that can distract you while you are working can include YouTube, Facebook, Gmail, games and so on.

The feature was announced at Google IO developer conference this year in May, while it’s beta testing was underway until now.

According to details, thousands of expert testers have used this tool during beta testing. They have also presented their recommendations to make it better. This tool can also be called an option to get rid of some apps temporarily. You can close any app for particular days or hours.

It should be remembered that Google has also started a digital well banking program. The purpose of this program is to prevent internet users from its negative use.
