Facebook messenger has a new update through which you can ask money from someone.

This tool is available for both Android and iPhones.

Asking for money from your friends is easy.

First, open the Facebook Messenger App and open the conversation between you and the person you want to ask from. If you have previous conversations saved, you can directly open the chat. But you can click on the pencil option available if you want to start a new conversation.

Then tap the four dotted icons present in the bottom left of the chat.

You will see several options after you tap the dotted icon. Options include location, reminder, games, GIF, Pinterest, and others. A new option will appear named “Pay or Request”.

Once you tap to pay or request an option, you will be required to add the amount you want to ask. You can also send a note. After that, tap the “request” option.

Similarly, if you want to pay the amount, simply tap the “pay” option.
