Application WeChat users group is filing a case against Trump for his order of banning transactions with the app. However, the group is not affiliated with WeChat or its owner but wants to stop Trump’s order.

The group believes that the US President’s decision is unconstitutional as it violates users’ right to freedom of speech.

The lawsuit states,

It is pertinent to mention here that earlier in August, US President Donald Trump signed executive orders according to which the US firms must stop doing business with TikTok and WeChat within 45 days.
