Samsung Galaxy M51 was the most reliable M series device in the lineup Galaxy M62 was released a few days back. This handset comes up with One UI Core 2.1 based on Android 10.

As per reports, Samsung is now rolling out the Android 11-based One UI 3.1 core update for this phone.

The Galaxy M51 did not receive the One UI Core 2.5 update. It also did not get the One UI Core 3.0 (Android 11) update. Instead, the South Korean tech giant is updating it directly to One UI Core 3.1.

On the other hand, the update for this device is currently live in Russia with firmware version M515FXXU2CUB7. Apart from bringing Android 11 and new features, the latest system update for the Galaxy M51 also bumps up the security patch level to March 2021.
