The photo-sharing app Instagram is once again down in different countries of the world. 

The social media giant is yet to provide an official response to the complaints.

It should be mentioned here that Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp are all owned by the social media giant Mark Zuckerberg.

Social media users turned to the micro-blogging site Twitter to address the issue.
