Tech giant Huawei confirmed that it would bring HarmonyOS to its Smartphones. It has already rolled out a Beta Version of the HarmonyOS 2.0 to some devices. Now, the company has said that the stable Android alternative OS is finally coming to flagship phones.

Starting from April 2021, Huawei flagship phones will start getting the HarmonyOS upgrade. This finally will transition the company’s smartphones into an ecosystem of its own.

This new OS is also considered as an infrastructure to get deep into the roots of smart IoT devices including Smart televisions. The company Last year upped the ante by bringing the HarmonyOS 2.0.

Not just the HarmonyOS, Huawei is working so much hard to improve the App Gallery store as well. As of 2020, it had up to 500 million monthly active users globally and is expanding further.
