The market share of the app has shot up to 76%, which was previously 10%. Apart from professional and academic purposes, users turn to Zoom for their normal video calls. From providing quality services to becoming the market leader, Zoom is on a roll.

With the application excelling across multiple consumer markets, it is reported that the leading video conferencing app is ready to go big in the near future. It’s high time competitors started working on something creative and adding some unique selling proposition to their product mix, because according to rumours, Zoom is coming up with something extra-ordinary to add in its product portfolio.
