Oppo releases the A57 5G with Dimensity 810 and a large 90Hz display last month.

Now, in Thailand, the Chinese company has released a 4G version of the handset with improved battery specs but compromises in other areas.

The display is a 6.56-inch LCD with 720p resolution that is toned down from 90Hz to 60Hz.

The phone’s design hasn’t altered, thus the fingerprint sensor is still on the side.

The 5G version’s Dimensity 810 SoC is replaced with the more modest Helio G35 chip.

Moreover, memory options have been reduced as well.

You now have 3GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, with a microSD card slot for up to 1TB of storage extension.

There’s a 13MP primary camera and a 2MP depth sensor.

The 8-megapixel selfie camera has a wide-angle lens.

Although the battery capacity remains unchanged at 5,000 mAh, quick charging has been increased to 33W.

Currently, the Oppo A57 4G is exclusively available in Thailand for $160.
