The Xiaomi 12X is now receiving the Android 12 upgrade with MIUI 13 on top all across the world. The smartphone, which runs Android 11, was released in December of last year.

The smartphone’s build number was V13.0.1.0.SLDMIXM, which was discovered on a community forum. With the current update, the handset is also rumoured to receive the Android security patch for April 2022. The update is 3.1GB in size, and it is intended to increase system security.

The Xiaomi 12X has begun receiving the Android 12-based MIUI 13 upgrade, according to the Xiaomiui community forum. Despite receiving the [Android 12] update, the smartphone will only receive the April 2022 security patch rather than the newest May 2022 security patch.

The latest Xiaomi 12X update is 3.1GB in size and comes with the version number V13.0.1.0.SLDMIXM.

The Xiaomi 12X should automatically update to Android 12.
