Motorola has released a new photograph of their upcoming Moto G42 smartphone

  • Upcoming Moto G42 thanks to a Geekbench listing that revealed the phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 680 chipset.
  • The device’s full technical specifications, as well as a new official photograph of its blue colouring, have now been exposed thanks to new leaks.
  • Blue Moto G42 by Motorola The Moto G42 is expected to have a 6.4-inch FHD+ OLED display with a punch-hole cutout for the 13MP front camera (no information on refresh rate). On the back, there will be a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro camera.

On the software side, Android 12 is employed, with Motorola’s MyUX on top; and a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging is included in the battery section. On the side of the phone, there will be a fingerprint scanner that also acts as a power button. There’s also a 3.5mm audio jack.
The phone would include a hole in the screen for the selfie camera, according to leaked Moto G42 pictures. The device will have almost no bezels on the sides and top; however the bottom bezel will be slightly thicker. On the rear of the phone, there will be a large square-shaped camera module. On the right side of the handset, there will be a power button and a volume rocker.
