Nothing  finally reveals the design for its forthcoming smartphone after a series of teasers. The British company’s first handset with a transparent back will be the Nothing Phone (1). But, it will only show the wireless charging coil and nothing more.

As previously said, the only visible component is the wireless charging coil, which is disappointing given that most people expected the phone to be completely transparent.

The majority of the phone is hidden, except for a dual-camera system in the top left corner and the Nothing logo at the bottom. Around the camera and the charging coil are a few light-up strips that should be interesting to see in person.

The phone appears to be flat on the sides, with a volume rocker on the left and a power button on the right.

According to previous speculations, the phone would be powered by Qualcomm’s recently announced Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC, which supports 45W fast charging. Nothing OS will run on top of Android 12 on the software side.

As the teaser marketing continues until the July debut date, we’ll most certainly hear more official information.
